What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To provide a quote to a customer we would ideally need to know the event date, location and the number of guests. If possible, the flavour of the cake required would be great and all the details and colours you require.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do not be afraid to ask questions, if a cake supplier knows their stuff they will offer as much information as is needed for you to feel happy and confident about your order
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I started the business simply through having a passion for cake. It was a hobby that turned into a full-time business 6 years later. I love making people happy by meeting their cake designs and flavours and making their events even that much more special. We cater for all dietary requirements because everyone deserves cake!
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We responded to a quote for a corporate event who needed a quick turnaround for cupcakes.
