Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Currently Caribbean food is very popular in London and Birmingham. After being made redundant a few years ago I realized that one of the more popular Caribbean takeaways in this town had closed down. With a childhood in Jamaica, coupled with a love for business, I jumped at the opportunity to introduce authentic Caribbean food to places other than the large cities. It is a cuisine that hasn't had the exposure nationwide as it deserves. My mission is to make Caribbean food as popular as Chinese and Indian food. We cater for weddings and parties but also attend many festivals. People love the food!
