What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We always need to know how many children there are, but this can be decided nearer to the date itself.
Do customers want us to visit them? if so we need a postcode for an accurate quote.
We can supply a perfect party more easily if we have plenty of information like the age of and birthday child’s name, and what the customer's expectations are.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they give everything they promise.
Ensure that the ages of children you want to take are covered by a party supplier (we only take over age 4 for chocolate ourselves)
Make sure what time you can enter the venue, 5 minutes before is fine for ourselves however this can change depending on the experience.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I started my business after my own daughter loved making chocolate and then she managed to talk me into running slime workshops in our slime room too!
I have always been into giving a great customer experience and organising and this fits in with what I’m naturally good at.
Kids are great fun and keep you on your toes, we all have a lot of fun and this includes all our staff members.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We’ve had a few come back from Add to Event now, our customers are always set expectations at the beginning and this helps when they arrive.
The kids have loved the chocolate parties we have run.
We’ve got some great feedback from our customers regarding our slime parties as they’re themed with the current month.
One of our Add to Event customers (parents) recently booked again for a different type of event (a hen party!) after booking their child's birthday with us.
