French Catering in Shirley, West Midlands

"Superb quality, great options and amazing service, would highly recommend for private dining."

"Eric was attentive to our requirements and proffered welcome suggestions. He tailored a most beautiful spread for our guests, exactly as we hoped. He arrived on time and, along with an assitant, set out the buffet before changing into his chef’s whites to carve and serve. The food was imaginative and varied and there was more than ample to go around.. Everyone was most impressed, including several people with special dietary requirements and we had plenty of enthusiastic compliments. Eric and his assistant even did the washing up! I have no hesitation in strongly recommending Silkwise Catering."

"I booked Arnold and The French Revolution over a year before our event (wedding party). Since booking I have been looking forward to eating the galettes and crepes. I can wholeheartedly say, it was definitely worth the wait! I'm so glad we made this choice! So many of our guests have complimented us (I'm pretty sure all credit goes to The French Revolution!). A guest was annoyed that we had chosen pancakes for the event... he tried one and loved it! I don't think I can give a higher compliment than that! The whole service was impeccable &; stress free from the first email till they drove off at the end. Reasonably priced for high quality, freshly cooked food, also catered to food intolerance's. The van looks awesome. Book them!"

"Arnold made the whole experience of finding, tasting, booking so personal and easy and then delivered the most amazing food on the day exactly as promised. We were so happy and our guests were delighted with the quality of the food along with the quirky vintage french van that set a great atmosphere. Thank you so much Arnold good luck with the rest of the summer I will not hesitate to recommend the french revolution to anyone looking to hire caterers for their event."

"We hired the French Revolution for Pancake Day at our office for all our staff. It was a fantastic day with amazing crepes and galettes! The mix of sweet and savory options were really enjoyed by all and weeks on we are still talking about it. Professional and reliable and we will definitely use them again for events."

"Francesca and her team worked brilliantly on the day to feed a large number of people twice during the dinner reception and evening buffet, despite having no inhouse catering facilities at our venue. The run up over a number of months was very well communicated and we felt that Cateritaly were adaptable all the way through right up to the last minute. It was great that the food could be tried before selecting the menu, and on the day, the service was very good. Would definitely recommend!"
