Extremely professional and the customer service is of high standard, all my expectations were met and beyond. It was my wife's surprise birthday party and i wanted something nice to light up her birthday function room and Kate helped me achieve that. I wanted the balloon arch to resembe the colour of the February birth stone crystal Amathyst and Kate did not fail to deliver.
