What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer we need the following:
1. Venue - if you have not booked this yet please provide the area you are looking in
2. Date - if you have not booked yet, please provide a date range
3. Celebration type - such as wedding/baby shower
4. Items required - such as light up letters

Once we know the above we can provide a detailed quote and what you can expect from us as a supplier, and suggestions if we cannot help!

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It is really important to check that the supplier is reputable, and that means looking at reviews and checking they are insured and registered. This doesn't necessarily mean how long they have been operating, but how well they operate!
