What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

Please supply the date, amount of people travelling, where from & where to, any special occasion, times for the day, full address collection& destination, type of limousine, also if possible best quote so far & what car this is for. We can assure you of a service 2nd to none with smart chauffeurs & happy smiling faces with attention to detail, nothing is a problem, from opening doors to pouring your bubbly it will be done & will make you feel special.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We offer a choice of 5 limousines, 5/7 seater up to 14-16 seater, in different colours, we have been in business for 35 years & limousines for 17 years.
We are registered with Transport commissioner for an operators licence & we have two mechanics who service the limousines, repair & test them, they will be valeted the night before the booking & stored, we have to have substantial cash in the bank as back up to obtain our licences, we take this very seriously, cars are sprayed when needed& wheels refurbished if looking tired, Bluetooth & USB connections for your phones, all glassware, decoration as required.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

My passion for cars started in the army as a mechanic, I just enjoyed finding out how engines worked & like repairing & servicing them, I had many cars after obtaining my licence at 17, one year I went to California on holiday with friends at the end of the holiday we needed transport to the airport & the concierge offered us a limousine to get to the airport we had just $40 dollars to spend, it was a shocking naff limo even the boot had to have a bungee to keep cases in but I fell in love with the idea, I got home, I researched limousines, few around but advertised to see the market interest & it was new & all wanted them, I had 50 bookings in 6/8 weeks & then bought my first limousine 2 weeks before the first booking for £30,000 & that was 17 years ago.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I have been with another platform and had lots of enquiries but few confirmed because they do not focus on my area & the extra cost of drivers time & fuel always made me to expensive!
I have used Add to Event a few times & generally I got the booking, the company focuses more on my area & I think because it is paid upfront it looks into more detail to match customer & company, I am happy with Add to Event & feel we can grow together, I would recommend trying them.
