What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

The first things we need to know is the type of event, pickup address, pickup time, destinations and end of the hire. Next, it's the number of guests this is for, also if there are any special requirements certainly, with decorations of your choice banners & balloons, drinks... Finally, all bookings are confirmed by the payment in advance of a non-refundable deposit minimum of £50. The balance due is the amount outstanding net of any deposit paid. The balance is due for payment on vehicle arrival.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

While the cars are obviously very important, I believe it’s not just about the cars, it’s about the chauffeured car hire company you choose! Your Wedding car will convey you and your guests to the most important event and day of your life, so EVERYTHING about it’s got to be perfect. From the service you receive when booking your wedding car, to the professionalism of the driver, and everything in between – reliability, punctuality, flexibility, cleanliness, condition, appearance, courtesy, advice, choice, price, decorations, and last but not least; the car!

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I started my business as I wanted to provide the best possible customer service to my limo hire clients. I wanted to give my customers whatever they wanted and required, without restricting them. It is not always about the budget that the customer has, because even the smallest of budgets can be accommodated. I will do our best to match or beat any genuine like for like quotation without compromising on the quality of the vehicle or service that you will receive.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I would definitely recommend Add to Event to others as it has been a good source for business, plus developing the profile of the business and trans[port feedback. All of the clients that I have had through Add to Event have been quality customers! I can think of many that have gone very well. it is a good platform to be able to offer customers whatever they require. Whenever possible I try to promote Add to Event to other suppliers and customers. I have been told by customers that Add to Event has a very strong presence on the internet when doing Google searches.
