"We rented two oculus quest headsets for the day. The kids couldn't get enough of it! I myself am blown away by the technology. I'm telling you, I don't know what they'll come up with next! We did have an issue with one of the headsets suddenly requiring another setup. Since this could not be done remotely, we were given a full refund for that headset. 7 stars for their customer service - they were so helpful and did their best to get that headset to work. They answered the phone promptly and did everything they could do as soon as we told them about the problem. Just beware that the battery runs out quite fast. It doesn't take very long to charge though."
