What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We need to know where the event is and the type of event are the first things we need to know. We need to know whether the event is inside or outside as we have a cocktail bar, wedding bar and horse-box bar.
We need to know the number of guests at the event, whether you'd like a full range of drinks and whether you'd like our handmade cocktails.
Finally, payment method, budget spend per head and the type of venue that the event is to be held in.
We'd use all this information to tailor our service to the event you're wanting to enhance with our bar and drinks.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a provider, checkout the profile page, the website, socials and reviews, this will tell you all about them.
Then ask about the process or procedure for the day of the event, this will give you an idea of how professionally run the event will be run.
Ask what the booking fee is and what is included, then you know what else you may need to pay for.
How many staff might attend the event and what type of equipment or vehicles might attend?

We started Ales and Cocktails to be able to deliver a high level of service that goes above and beyond your normal bar service.
We are passionate about our drinks and only use premium products. We are incredibly proud of our own handmade cocktails and these seem to be a firm favourite of our customers. We love being part of customers' special events.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have had great success with Add to Event, we have done various Corporate Parties, Weddings and Private Parties that have all come from this wonderful system. Our reviews have been great and all customers were very happy with us. Quite a few of the customers have said they are going to book us again. Due to the fact we love using this platform, I have referred other friends in catering and hospitality to it and they have joined!
