"Silkwise catering provided traditional paella and a vegan gluten free paella for 40 guests for an evening party. Communication was great prior to the event. On the day all was stressfree . Eric turned up at the agreed time, set up his cooking station, everything freshly cooked and lots of it, enough for 2nd helpings and more. He also provided delicious puddings. Highly recommend. Many guests complimented the food."
