What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

We take pride in providing a bespoke service to suit both you and your chosen venue. Please provide us with as much information as possible at the time of the enquiry, this could include event type, the estimated number of guests, location/venue, preferred performance timings.
For wedding bookings this especially helpful if requiring add on services, this could include adding the acoustic duo during the ceremony and/or drinks reception, in the early stages we appreciate this information isn’t always confirmed...don’t worry, we are flexible!

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask the supplier what is included, many bands will lure you in with the bare minimum included in a quote only to add things in at a later stage that you may have assumed were included, we take pride in our clear, transparent quotes and include great value with our services, we also offer any add on options with prices from the first contact to help you decide if you would benefit from these.

Electric Outfit is compiled with very experienced high-quality musicians, music graduates and professional music educators, although there are many bands offering professional services for below average rates the quality of service is often unfortunately compromised, “you get what you pay for” rings true too often, the trouble is by the time you find out it’s too late! Our experience spans across every scenario where a live band has been required including private corporate functions, weddings, anniversaries, birthday celebrations, Masonic functions, M.O.D events, cruise ships, hotels, sports functions and many more.
We love performing live and are very passionate about what we do, we spend a great deal of time behind the scenes to continuously improve our service.
