What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We will need an event date and location which includes the venue name, address or postcode. This will help us give an accurate quote. Please advise whether it is an indoor or outdoor event and if requesting a dance floor an estimate of the size required or how many guests will be attending the function.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the equipment being hired is PAT tested and the company has Public Liability insurance. Check the quality of stock through their photos and reviews and ask if they do any packages!

Save the Date was established in 2014 by Husband & Wife Ryan & Stacey. Stacey was previously a wedding planner in Cyprus and knew from a very young age her job was in event planning after planning her entire school prom with a boat party on the River Thames. Ryan is a perfectionist and never leaves a job until every little detail is spot on. With a deep love for what we do at an affordable rate for everyone, your wedding or event will be in the right hands!
