To provide a comprehensive quote for a customer, we would need the date of when the booking is to take place, a brief explanation of the event they will be holding, whether it's a wedding, party etc. The estimated number of guests, and a potential venue, whether it's an indoor or outdoor event. From this, we will be able to use our experience to put together a suitable plan for what equipment is required.

We would recommend first ask the provider what they are offering, find out a bit about them as a business and see what they have achieved so far as a business. You want your service to be catered by someone with the experience and security of knowing what to do if anything goes wrong.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We started the business as a new venture, we are partnered with our main business AV Rental services and opted to start a venturing business within the events industry. Having worked at events such as the Grand Prix, we loved the environment and wanted to be more involved with events providing our services to achieve customers expectations and beyond.
