What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need the event date and time, brief explanation of the type of event and diet requirements (dairy, gluten free, vegan or vegetarian?).
Also as we bake pizza in a wood-fired oven, the venue needs to be outdoor without trees directly above the place where our van will be placed. So far we catered at many events, private parties and weddings so we are aware what customer may require.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I always advise my customers to check suppliers first: online reviews and if possible: try food they’re offering.

We bake delicious pizzas in a wood fired oven - the one any only proper way of baking pizza!
We’ve been planning to run food business since we remember - cooking is our passion and baking pizza gives us many opportunities to try new tastes!
