What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

We need to know from an organiser the post code and site address of the event so we can make an accurate judgement on cost. The number of people attending the event is also an important factor to consider, as well as the duration. The dates of the event including delivery and collection days are vital, as it dictates when we deliver and collect the equipment.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The advice I would give is to not always go for the cheapest price. Low-cost doesn't always mean the best quality. Also if you have time go and visit the units you are looking to hire as pictures can be old ones and not represent the true standard of the equipment.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Cervine Limited was started just over twelve months ago to supply standard plastic toilets to local events. Since then it has grown into suppling events throughout the UK with standard plastic and luxury toilets. We hope it keeps growing at this speed which it no doubt will with the help of Add to Event in finding new customers. We pride ourselves on providing the best standard of toilet on the market.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Currently we haven't yet received any bookings through Add to Event. This hasn't put us off and we are still quoting for events that are sent to us. We find it a brilliant platform to get our name out into the market place. We also find it easy to quote from and communicate to potential clients.
