We had used our own staging for years but a new solution was needed. Ben offered his services and, right from the start, was really helpful, communicative and optimistic that he could provide a solution. On the day he arrived punctually and the staging was ready to go in 45 minutes. When the concert was over, he arrived promptly to take it down in what felt like about ten minutes.
