What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To ensure our customers receive the best possible value for money, it is imperative to know as much about their event a possible. This includes both their aspirations and expectations, in addition to budget, location, and type of event.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
With so many service providers and veritable prices, it is difficult to know exactly what you are getting for your money, without seeing it first-hand. It is therefore recommended to compare like with like, and avoid "offers", which seem too good to be true. A little background investigation, can avoid disappointment.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I started my business to provide a legacy for my children, after being assured by close friends and family (who had experience my services), that I had a flair in this line of business. After being in continuous employment for the past 16 years, it was quite a leap of faith to spend my redundancy on building their future, but my passion to see them succeed, drives me forward.
