In order for us to provide a comprehensive quote, we encourage each of our prospective customers to submit as much information as possible at the first point of contact. Factors such as:
-Event duration.
-Estimated number of guests.
-The number of items requested.

Each will have the largest impact on the price quoted for our services.

Other vital information will include:

-Contact mobile number, email address and landline number.
-Does the venue have any dedicated loading areas? (This makes the assembly process much easier for staff members).
-Is the event indoors or outdoors? (Some equipment will require protection from the outdoors).
-Are there any special directions to the venue? (Some postcodes do not lead directly to the venue).

It's important to ask any provider about the level of service they provide. This goes beyond just offering their products/ services at reasonable value, you should look for providers that are willing to go the extra mile to ensure their customers have the best experience possible. Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We were fortunate to win a contract with the British Armed Forces through Add to Event, who requested one of our photo-booths for a Las Vegas themed summer party. The main event accommodated 300+ people in a large marquee located within the grounds of the main base. Safe to say, everybody loved the photo-booth and took full advantage of the unlimited visits and free prints! As a result, we have built solid relationships with our partners and have secured additional contracts.
