Communication with Jay during the booking process in advance of the event was efficient, and on the day they arrived as planned and were set up ready to entertain our guests for the afternoon. As it was a family and friends afternoon gathering they were very comfortable with being more of a "background music" addition to the party whilst guests enjoyed food, drink and conversation as opposed to sat listening to the live music as an audience.
