What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To enable us to provide an initial quote, we ideally need the event date, the estimated number of guests, potential venue location and a brief explanation of the type of event.
From this information, we can use our experience to put together a comprehensive quotation for the potential client.
Once our initial quotation has been submitted it can be tailored and adjusted accordingly in line with the clients specific requirements.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly ask the supplier if they are able to fully accommodate your request based on the potential number of guests and venue location for the date in question.
Do they offer a delivery & collection service and can they provide setting up if it’s required.
Not all suppliers will provide a complimentary washing-up service like we do so make sure you ask if the hired items should be returned washed or if there is an additional fee for a dirty return service.
Ask the supplier how their hire process works and what their payment terms are.
Will they allow you to make any subsequent amendments to the hire order for example reduce numbers or add any additional items at a later date.
Last but not least be sure to take a look at their social media pages Facebook, Instagram and website for images of their china collection, past events, customer photos etc and of course reviews.

Little Vintage Teacup was Established in July 2021 with the easing of the lockdown.
After such a difficult period of time for so many, spending precious quality time with loved ones, family and friends was never more apparent.
I have always had a love for vintage china and what better way to make new special memories with family and friends than sipping tea from dainty teacups from the past.
Afternoon Tea is extremely popular so why not enjoy it served on beautiful vintage china for a true vintage experience and that’s where I come in.
I love gracing your tables with my beautiful Vintage China and helping you create a celebration to remember.
I’m passionate about what I do, delivering a personal, friendly and professional service, bringing charm and elegance to your table.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We have received lots of bookings which have been placed through this platform and our largest corporate booking for over 200 guests on 21 tables was one of them. They were thrilled with our vintage china and service and have said they will definitely use us again for future events.
