What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, we need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, the estimated number of guests and a potential venue, whether its an indoor or outdoor event. We then use this information to guide our quote for you
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly, ask the provider about the product they are offering, do they have a showroom you can visit, do they have insurance, are their electric products pat tested for safety. The reason is that most service providers run a bookshelf business where 1) they hire products from other providers and add a mark up which will hike the price 2) Can they guarantee a product replacement on the day if damaged 3) Do they offer compensation if they are late on your event date either by refunding a portion of the overall bill etc

Whether you are planning a huge party of hundreds of guests, or an intimate occasion for a handful of your nearest and dearest, we take the time to understand how you want the day to look and feel so that we can make it come to life.
In fact, weddings are the reason why we started Vee Al Modish in the first place. We were going to get married and no matter who we spoke to, we couldn't find anyone who seemed to care as much as we did. That's when we decided that it didn't have to be this way.
