What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice after 17 years of providing a "first class" service would be to take the time to visit your wedding transport supplier to view the car of your dreams and ask the following questions:-
1 Do you have wedding car hire insurance ?
2 Are the vehicles genuine cars from that era ?
3 Do you have a contingency plan if my car breaks down ?
4 Do you hire your cars on an exclusive use policy doing my wedding only on the day ?
5 Are there any hidden extras which will cost more on the day (E.G. time limit charge) ?
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Bridal Carriages of Northamptonshire was created by myself John Sarrington as I have a great passion for classic and vintage cars.
Being self-employed since the age of 16 and enjoying dealing with people I love operating my business with my wife Amanda.
I have great pride in owning our fleet some of which were built for very special people of the past one was originally built for the worlds second richest man in 1935, His Highness the Maharajah of Baroda.
