They carefully listened to our needs as we have a lot of allergies across our party and they absolutely smashed it out of the water! Darren clearly loves his job, he’s a natural born chef, his Aussie background definitely shines through when he’s cooking. His food is to die for, the compliments we had from our party are still coming through two days after our wedding. He worked closely with us to design a bespoke BBQ buffet that suited our day perfectly. On the day, Dec and his team arrived early to set up discreetly, having already planned the layout with us. The food was outstanding—fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety that our guests loved. With over 120 people, there was plenty to go around, and the team were happy to offer seconds.
