A fully converted American school bus complete with on board smoker. All our beef brisket is usda American sourced, the absolute epitome of slow smoked bbq food. We use a variety of rubs and sauces throughout our products, a lot of which we have painstakingly developed ourself

Zara and the Team did a fantastic Job!
Zara and the team did a great Job, the school bus was perfect for our American themed party & The food was amazing! The team can cater for everyone!
We had a very short turn around but nothing was too much trouble, everyone loved the event!!

Can't fault Low and Slow - their service was brilliant from start to finish.
We had a number of requirements - the day had to be sunny (so we could only provide a final date 3 days before), we requested Halal food and we wanted to keep to a fairly low budget. Zara met with every single one of our requirements, providing brand new chopping boards, bringing with her all the Halal certificates for our staff to see and tailoring our menu to keep within budget. Not to mention, the bus was absolutely spectacular!!
If you're planning an American themed BBQ, I would highly Low and Slow - they'll bring something extra to the event and provide you with tasty food!
