Our speciality is chicken & waffle sandwiches. A unique product that has been very successful in the USA. Our aim is to introduce this product to the UK. For private events we also offer Gourmet Chicken Burgers.
All of our products, including sauces, salads and slaw are homemade and freshly prepared for order and using the best sourced local ingredients. Our british organic chickens are brined in buttermilk for 24 hours before they get coated with our special flour mix.
Our team has over 10 years experience within the catering industry. We have been catering weddings, festivals and sport events. With our smart black catering trailer we are ideal partners for everything from large scale events to intimate private parties. We offer competitive price, delicious food, excellent customer service, locally and ethically sourced products, booking taken UK wide. Amazing service, delicious food, lovely people.
Brigitte and Jonathan coped admirably with the high number of people they had to cater for as our other caterer cancelled the night before the event. Their chicken is delicious and great value for money. There was a queue at the trailer for most of the day, but service was speedy and efficient and everyone enjoyed the food immensely and was satisfied. Brigitte and Jonathan are lovely people and nothing was too much for them. I would highly recommend Mailbox American Street Eats, whatever your event.
