About Marks meals
Let Marks Meals Weddings And Events feed your imagination and delight your taste buds with individually designed menus tailored to your special occasion. For birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, or other celebrations, I use where possible local organic produce from our meats, to cheeses, fresh eggs and much more. My attention to detail and insistence on quality ingredients will provide you with a culinary experience you won't forget. I'm currently based in Lewes, but we do cover all of Sussex, Surrey and Kent. My commitment to professionalism means that whether you’re feeding 30 or 500 guests, you won't be disappointed. Whatever you have in mind, I'll bring the taste and the flavour you’re looking for. From breakfast to nibbles, business lunches to sit-down three-course dinners, or simply just canapés, I have a huge repertoire of dishes and ideas to draw from. Classic home-style cooking, foreign cuisine, vegetarian options, zesty dishes, and so much more – whatever you and your guests desire. Why would you want to chance it with someone else? From formal dinners to informal breakfasts, you'll always find excellent service to complement the delicious food on offer.
Typical Clients
We are able to cater at any event from private functions, corporate lunches right up to a full 3 course wedding meal with canapés and evening food. We have a gazebo set up or we are able to come to your preferred venue. I have over 20 years of experience working within the catering industry

We booked mark for our wedding the whole service from start to finish was so friendly helpful the food was also fantastic nothing was to much trouble fantastic value for money will definitely use again
Fantastic service and tasty food.
We used Mark's meals for our wedding. He replied within 10 minutes each time we messaged him. He was really helpful with advice and adapted to anything that we wanted. On the day the food was incredible, it was so tasty, great portion sizes and the staff continually checked we were ok and when we wanted the next course. All of our guests continually commented on how excellent the food was. I couldn't fault anything about him and would definitely use him again or recommend to friends.
Amazing Food!
All the guests at our wedding were raving about the food; we had taco's and hog roast. Mark and his team took great care of serving every dish with perfection and were professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service
Communication beforehand was so helpful, particularly given the covid constraints and extended measures which were in place. So my 50th was a smaller bash than planned - however, Marks meals helped it to be an enormous success and everyone said how great the food was - thank you

Absolutely fantastic and highly recommended!
Everything was seamless from the minute Mark arrived at the venue and set up, to the serving the food. I simply left him to it and before I knew it he was serving my guests his delicious food.
Everyone commented on how tasty the food was and how much there was. This included two vegans and one coaeliac (gluten free).
I had made various enquiries to other catering companies and thought Mark’s prices were highly competitive and now I know how fabulous and plentiful the food was, I now know it was also excellent value for money.

Brilliant food and wonderful service
Booked Marks meals for my mothers 50th for around 250 guests and they did not disappoint. The food was delicious and everybody complimented. Would book again in a heart beat!
