Meat The Chef

I booked Christian and his team to serve our 70 man office Christmas lunch, giving him free reign to come up with something non-traditional but a nod to the festive time of year. We had buttermilk fried turkey, in brioche buns with rocket and cranberry mayo. Plus a whole heap load of delicious sides, safe to say it was delicious and there were MANY happy customers. The guys arrived to set up early, worked hard and no one had to wait for their lunch for long at all. Throughout out the month before we remained in contact, checking numbers, confirming my budget and making sure everything was on track. A fabulous professional service, giving delicious food and has kept me as queen bee round the office for another year!!!
