Food has always been at the heart of all of our family and social gatherings. It reminds me of my parents and grandparents sitting around the kitchen table, the smells of Christmas and birthdays, lazy Sundays and weddings and being greeted with a home cooked meal on return from university. Food, for me, has always been one of life’s greatest comforts. My Grandad moved from Italy to Dundee in the mid 1950’s bringing a wealth of cooking knowledge with him which I’ve been so lucky to learn by his side over the years. Mezzaluna has been inspired by family recipes which have been handed down through the generations and making use of good quality local produce.
We have had the pleasure of being part of many wedding days, providing everything from canapés, elaborate buffets or family style sharing food served to the middle of the table for guests to help themselves to, desserts and evening food. We create a really relaxed style of eating, as though you were siting down to big family meal. Our menus are very flexible and our chefs are also more than happy to take on any specific requirements or dishes. We will always work with you on your menu in the lead up to your wedding to make sure this is perfect for you. We love to cook seasonally and will always provide an up to date menu to choose from nearer to your wedding.

Typical Clients
We have a wealth of experience in catering especially when it comes to weddings. We enjoy getting to know our wedding couples. Some venues we have had the pleasure of catering at include Comrie Croft, the Rhynd, Rottal Steading, Netherbyres House and the Cow Shed.

Great Product and Service
Chiara from Mezzaluna could not have been more helpful and tailored their service to exactly fit our needs. The food provide was of extremely high quality authentic Italian produce and tasted divine. We will definitely be using Mezzaluna again
