We serve fresh locally sourced (except our traditional Mexican ingredients) healthy street-style food, whether it's tacos, curries, bagels, etc

We put a lot of love and passion into our food as well as our packaging. We are a fully sustainable kitchen and use only biodegradable or at worst recycled packaging and try to cut down on as much waste, hence the name.

Who doesn't like getting their hands dirty when eating good food. We are available for Events, large or small, and private hire. Our trailer is bright yellow so stands out in any crowd.
