Fannie Fleur is a bespoke wedding design and planning agency for modern-day romantics across the UK. Led by Charlie — dually certified planner and designer, and Creative Wedding Planner of the Year 2026 (East Midlands) — we design for the feeling first: how you want your day to feel, and how you want every guest to feel walking into it.

We build from your story, so nothing is chosen because it's on trend, only because it's yours. From full design and planning to UK-wide on-the-day coordination, we take just twelve full-service couples a year.

What we do

Wedding Design — The foundations of your dream day lie in thoughtful design. We begin with mood boards that capture your vision, then build a visual narrative through colour, texture, light and detail — transforming your venue into something guests walk into and never quite forget. From tablescapes to installations, every element is designed for you and no one else.

Wedding Planning — Meticulous, forward-focused, and genuinely calming. From your first consultation to the final dance, we oversee every detail: supplier curation from our vetted little black book, budgets, logistics, timelines, and a guest journey that runs so smoothly nobody notices the work behind it. Unlimited emails and calls throughout our partnership. No question too small, no idea too wild.

Design & Planning — Our signature. The full journey, held end to end, where the creative vision and the logistics live under one roof and nothing falls between them.

On-the-Day Coordination — Available UK-wide and affordably priced, for couples who've planned it all themselves and simply want someone brilliant holding the reins on the day.

Wedding Mastery — Our D.I.Y. coaching programme, for couples who want to plan it themselves with a professional in their corner.

We cater for wedding couples, private party celebrations, commercial clients, corporate, brand product launches and venue styled shoot management.
