Welcome to Pizza Lola - our mobile, wood fired pizza business based in the heart of the south.
We are currently covering the counties of Wiltshire and Berkshire.
We pride ourselves in using simple, traditional techniques and bold flavours to create great tasting Neapolitan style pizzas.
In 2022, we spent our time converting a vintage 1960’s Sinclair horsebox into our own sleek and stylish mobile pizza trailer, which we are looking forward to bringing to lots of events, from private parties to upcoming festivals.
As chefs with over 7 years combined experience, we are passionate about using the best, local and, where we can, sustainable ingredients, so we are always on the lookout for new and exciting ingredients and toppings for our bases. Our dough is homemade and proves for 72 hours, to develop that characteristic chew, and all toppings from the hot honey we use on our milano salamis, to the confit garlic oil we use to are made fresh by ourselves.
