We offer a “one-stop-shop” for all the medical, ambulance, and first aid needs of any event. We can operate from the start of build to ultimate departure from the site, both for persons deemed to be employed and to the general public.

ProMed has considerable expertise in planning and delivering the medical, ambulance, and first aid cover to all types of events. We cover running races & cycle races; we cover half-day events full of stalls & weekend-long music festivals with camping; we cover quidditch & rugby; we cover school events & church events - in fact, if it's an event of some description, we'll provide the right level of medical, ambulance & first aid cover to ensure a timely response to all reported incidents & the best level of patient care possible.

ProMed staff have appropriate expertise in mass gathering medicine and can be provided in appropriate numbers, at the right costs, to guarantee whatever medical cover is required from a simple first-aid post to a complex field hospital.

Our project managers are familiar with The Purple Guide. Many can even remember ‘The Event Safety Guide: A Guide to Health, Safety, and Welfare‘ (HSG 195) before it was superceded in 2014! They also know the current guidance on the Health and Safety Executive website, quite well, too.

From the start of production planning, we’ll be involved, preparing the medical plans required for your event to operate safely.

Our key personnel has experience in liaising with local NHS ambulance services and in attending Safety Advisory Group (SAG) meetings. We not only represent our own interests as a medical provider but also your interests as the event production & promotion organisations.
