From pop-up events to weddings and parties. We are here to make the best food experience for you at your event. We can cater for all needs and dietary requirement. We can adapt menus to what you would like you guests to eat and we have great customer service all from a little rice horse trailer that’s aesthetically pleasing in all environments ( goes by the name Gertrude ).

Best pizza ever!!
Tom and the team served up some absolutely cracking pizza for our wedding! The service was fantastic, super friendly and helpful, they even tailored the menu to our specific needs! Our guests were raving about the pizza, it's so good! My now-husband and I are pizza mad and we're super happy we had P.S pizza there on our big day. Thank you so much guys!!
