Russ Williams

Russ Williams was born in London and has been in show business all his life. Following a successful five years of radio presenting, Russ moved into the world of comedy. This has seen him appearing on numerous television shows and completing four national theatre tours. In 2003 Russ was awarded the coveted title of UK Comedian of the Year.

Over the last 30 years, Russ has gained the reputation as one of the country’s leading charity auctioneers combining his comedy with his unique art of selling. This has seen him appear at most Premiership stadiums, countless corporate events, whilst also working alongside some of the biggest charities in the UK. These include Unicef, ChildLine, Sparks, NSPCC, and The Princes Trust. For the past five years, Russ has also been the auctioneer for The World Horse Welfare charity whose chief patron is HRH The Princess Royal.

But Russ Williams is much more than a top-notch auctioneer. Over the past twenty-five years he has been in great demand in the corporate market and on the sporting dinner circuit, where he has gained an enviable reputation as a superb host/presenter.
