About Salute Grazing Tables and Event Catering
Grazing tables are sophisticated and sumptuous yet exciting and fun. It is a new social way to eat, creating moments and memories. They allow for a uniquely uninterrupted experience, with guests being able to eat when they want whilst continuing to mingle throughout your event or celebration.
The informality of grazing tables means the guests can eat as much or as little of their favourite foods to suit their appetite and their personal taste.
Food type is generally Mediterranean with a Yorkshire twist e.g. in our arancini we use rhubarb chutney from local suppliers New Yorkshire Emporium just a few miles from where we are based.
If you require a more traditional 'plated' buffet style the price increases in line with these expectations. All styles of events can be planned for from weddings to corporate meetings.
All food wherever possible is sourced from local artisan suppliers, this provides a superior quality product.
As we all know we eat with our eyes - food is presented beautifully on platters and using foliage and flowers to make the table a feast for the eyes. Food is left for the customer to 'manage' however if you require someone present to do this for you it can be arranged.

Grazing Tables are very versatile and for this reason are suitable for corporate events, parties, christenings, weddings etc.
Tables can be as simple or as elaborate as you want to make them. Tables can be pure grazing or supplemented with salads.

Beautiful wedding grazing buffet
We booked Salute Grazing for our wedding reception in June and we’re very happy we did. We had rave reviews from all of our guests and the food display looked stunning. Even our wedding photographer said it was the best she’d seen and tasted! We are both vegetarian and Kay was very helpful to accommodate in designing us a fully vegetarian menu that also catered for gluten free and nut allergies. There was food aplenty and everything tasted incredible. We’d highly recommend.

Amazing Wedding Grazing Table
I can’t recommend Salute enough. We hired Salute to provide the evening food for our wedding in the form of a grazing table. Kay was fantastic and tailored all the food to our preferences, requirements and took time to consider what people would want and need after half of our guests had eaten a 3 course meal as part as the wedding buffet. This helped to reassure us we would have the right amount of food. Kay was accommodating and flexible to suit our needs.
Our guests were blown away. The presentation was just beautiful, the quality of the food was amazing and we have had so many comments complementing us. Guests even messaged asking us to find out what the cheese was because they loved it that much!

Fantastic food and service. Very friendly
Kate did our daughters wedding back in May 2021. She was thorough and professional. She allowed us to select the package we wanted regarding the food. Display was perfect. Food delicious and plenty of it. I would definitey have Salute Grazing again.

Excellent
Punctual and easy to talk to Kay fulfilled our expectations admirably. The variety of items was good and the table was presented ina very attractive manner. Minority tastes were catered for inaccordance with our wishes. Our guests loved the spread and were voluble in saying so. Kay left everything clean and tidy.
Definitely intend to use again!
Using Salute Grazing was an excellent decision for my husband’s 75th birthday party. Nothing was too much trouble for Kay as she responded to our various dietary requests- vegan, keto, low carb and of course those of us who appreciated everything!
From the initial email and phone call I found Kay professional and pleasant and on the day the Table certainly lived up to what I’d expected. Not only was the food delicious, it’s display was pleasing to the eye and we received only positive comments from both adults and children.
Kay can also advise on colour scheme, table decoration and flowers.

Amazing service from Kay
Kay was a pleasure to work with from start to finish, she listened to what I wanted to achieve and the table looked stunning. The food was beautifully presented, tasty and the fact there was nearly nothing to put in the fridge at the end says it all. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Saulte for an event .
