Serious Sourdough Pizza from our Pop Up Pizza Kitchen..
Cooking seriously good hand-stretched, stone-baked sourdough pizzas. Our selection of Pizzas are served by the slice, so guests can come up and have as much as they would like giving the event or party a really relaxed grazing style feel. We believe in quality, so we only use the finest of ingredients to compliment your event. For our public events we can also produce boxed pizzas per person. Just let us know what style of service you would like..

Serious Paella...
Rustic outdoor catering brought to you from our large imported Spanish Paella Pans, using the best quality locally sourced ingredients, we will cook authentic Chicken & Chorizo Paella 'gf' and Mediterranean Vegetable Paella 'vg' 'gf' in front of your guests, serving directly from our large pans so to retain the heat and authentic flavours from this Spanish classic... Served alongside the Paella is Rustic Breads, Mixed House Salad, Oils & Dips and comes with disposable containers, wooden forks, serviettes...
Serious 'Dogs'
Pan fried, cooked fresh in front of our customers, top quality locally made 10-11" Dogs, these sausages come in a number of different flavours, traditional pork, caramelised onion, pork and apple (the list goes on...) and are served in the softest of 9" brioche rolls and are traditionally served with pan fried caramelised onions along with branded sauces & serviettes...

Great pizza everyone loved it
Serious Dough Co provided pizza for a corporate family fun day they were great everyone loved the pizza and had so many comments about the brilliant quality we will definately be using them again for our next event.

The Serious Dough Company catered for my 40th birthday / surprise wedding party. Their service was absolutely perfect, from book right through to the party. They were truly a pleasure to have there! Not to mention the best pizza our guests had ever eaten. They're still talking about it now. Would 100% recommend and will definitely use again, should we be partying again any time soon! Thank you x

We had Serious Dough Co at our staff appreciation day and it was a roaring success, flawless service and nothing was too much for them. Everyone commented on how fresh the pizzas were and the quality of the ingredients! We will definitely be using them again for our future appreciation days and can't wait for them to come back! Delicious!
Lee and the team provided pizzas for our wedding evening food and they were amazing. So friendly and helpful and the pizzas were delicious. We were even able to choose the toppings and customise the names. I’m so pleased we used the serious dough company and would highly recommend!

Exceptional food and experience!
Lee and his beautiful pizza van were a delight from start to finish. His communication and planning in the lead up to the event were fantastic - he accommodated a complicated set of dietary needs with absolutely no fuss and went above and beyond in every aspect of his service.
On the day itself he was a HUGE hit with absolutely everyone and was an absolute highlight for my mum at her surprise 70th party! He is friendly and relaxed and most importantly the pizzas (including the gluten free option) are DELICIOUS!
The entire family are planning when they can hire him for their own events and my 10 year-old nephew declared that Lee’s pizza presence meant ‘this might be the best day of my life’! You can’t ask for better than that.

Lee was fantastic throughout. From booking to turning up on time and then serving and making beautiful pizza for our 40 guests . My guests were so impressed .
The van looks amazing also ! Really cool and well decorated too ! We would recommend you book this company ! We will again :)
