About Simply Wood Fired
We are an artisan mobile wood fired pizza oven company that aims to produce high quality pizzas. A local, small business we take pride and care in every step of our journey to deliver food to hungry humans.
By making them fresh to order and using premium quality British and Italian ingredients throughout our menu our intention is to sell produce that is a pleasure to eat.
I have found no better flavour than a pizza cooked from a wood fired oven. There has been extensive taste testing! The combination of heat, smoke and cooking time give a truly unique flavour.

Amazing pizzas and team!
Simply Wood Fired Pizza recently provided our wedding reception catering and did a great job. Everyone loved the pizzas. They provided a wide range of pizzas to suit different tastes and all went down really well. Billy and the team were lovely and very accommodating. They provided gluten free pizzas made on demand. We would definitely recommend and we hope to get taste the pizzas again!

Fantastic food
Dealing with Simply Wood Fired for my sister's 40th birthday party from start to finish was effortless. They responded quickly to queries before the event and were happy to cater to any dietary requirements we had. On the day they arrived on time, hardly noticed them setting up and were a really friendly team. They served up delicious pizzas which everyone enjoyed. Would definitely recommend.
Delicious Pizza
Billy and his team were amazing, they worked so hard I didn’t have to stress about anything they set up and delivered some of the nicest pizzas I have ever tasted. If you are a pizza fan these guys absolutely deliver. Highly recommend
Very professional
Billy with Connor and Jake did a fantastic job making delicious pizzas for around 50 guests at my wife's 60th birthday party. Absolutely no complaints and probably some rebookings from other guests they were so impressed

Simply wood Fired made our party. The food was DE-licious, the team were just lovely and couldn't do enough for us, and my guests were absolutely thrilled with everything. If you want catering that leaves you completely free to enjoy your event...this is the company for you!!
