We believe in using the finest ingredients and source locally wherever possible. We make our own dough using the best flour and all of our pizzas are stretched by hand. We use Italian San Marzano DOP tomatoes, fior di latte mozzarella, artisan meats and cheese & extra virgin olive oil.
These are all cooked in our wood-fired oven which reaches temperatures of over 500°C. It cooks our pizzas in under 2 minutes and can cook up to 4 pizzas at the same time.
Trained in Italy to make authentic Neapolitan style pizza, we offer catering for private parties, weddings and corporate events throughout Northern Ireland.

Fantastic event from start to finish!
We would like thank Stephen and Michael for bringing their Streetza Wood Fired Pizza Van to our Staff Party. We tasted delisious pizzas made with the finest locally sourced ingredients on 3 day fermented dough. Stephen was very professional, easy to deal with and delivered a very high standard of service.
