We enjoyed the disco

We enjoyed the disco and the lights captivated the children. They were also reasonably priced compared to other quotes I received. The only downside was that it was quite hard to get hold of them by phone and email. They didn’t initially put on our playlist but did when requested.

We are so pleased you enjoyed the entertainment. With regard to the playlist, while this is always a top priority we also play guest requests on the day alongside using our experience to read the crowd in front of us. We pride ourselves on our level of care and It would appear any missed communication has been late on a weekend. For this reason we do encourage clients to use the login area provided in order for you to use the instant messaging portal, upload plays lists etc. The weekend is our busiest time and we rely on the dashboard to collate messages should we be unable to answer the phone when at events.
