Please allow me to introduce the new mobile catering unit wing of 1940s Food Ltd based in Wiltshire.
La brasserie de boite rose (The pink food box) is a mini bistro contained inside an authentic yet modernly equipped horse box which comes complete with a real live chef (also available in a smart themed gazebo)
Current French Streetfood 2017 summer menu includes:
Moule-frites: West coast mussels steamed in white wine, herbs & pepper on Parisian style French Fries with French vinaigrette drizzled baby leaf salad.
Garlic Crab -frites: 50% chilled (white/dark) fresh crab meat on Parisian style French Fries with aioli & French vinaigrette drizzled baby leaf salad.
King Prawns cooked in garlic butter, pepper, parsley on Parisian style French Fries with a sweet chilli dipping sauce, French vinaigrette drizzled baby leaf salad.
Specials:
Jumbo frog legs deep fried in milk, flour, parsley & sea salt on Parisian style French Fries with French vinaigrette drizzled baby leaf salad.
