1st Place Business Travel Limited was founded from my passion for travel, hospitality and providing people with a professional, personalised service. My journey in the industry developed through my studies in Travel and Tourism and Hospitality Business Management, together with my professional experience and ambition to build a travel company that puts customers first. Today, I am continuing my professional development through an MSc in Aviation Management at University College Birmingham while growing 1st Place Business Travel Limited. My vision is to provide reliable and accessible travel solutions for businesses, educational organisations, groups and individual travellers, while building strong partnerships across the travel, aviation and hospitality industries. I am passionate about creating opportunities, connecting people and helping every client travel with greater confidence and support.

My professional journey in travel and hospitality is supported by academic training in Travel and Tourism and Hospitality Business Management, including a BA (Hons) degree. I am currently further developing my specialist knowledge through an MSc in Aviation Management at University College Birmingham. As Founder and Director of 1st Place Business Travel Limited, I have developed experience in business development, customer travel planning, corporate and leisure travel enquiries, supplier relationships, networking and partnership development. I continue to strengthen the business through professional development, industry engagement and building relationships across the travel, aviation, hospitality and corporate sectors. A key milestone has been establishing and developing 1st Place Business Travel Limited as a Birmingham-based travel company with ambitions to expand its corporate, education and group travel services across the UK and internationally.

My professional background includes qualifications in Travel and Tourism and a BA (Hons) in Hospitality Business Management. I am currently undertaking an MSc in Aviation Management at University College Birmingham, further developing my expertise across aviation, travel management and the wider travel industry. Through my association with Intele Travel, I also operate within its established travel-industry network and benefit from the professional affiliations and supplier relationships available through that organisation, including its ABTA membership arrangements where applicable to bookings made through Intele Travel.
