I grew up in an Afro‑Creole home where food was the centre of every celebration, tradition, and connection. Cooking started as a way to honour my heritage and share the bold, soulful flavours I was raised on. Over time, it became clear that people were hungry not just for the dishes, but for the culture and stories behind them. That’s what inspired me to turn my passion into a catering business. Today, I create menus that blend African, Caribbean, and Creole influences, bringing warmth, authenticity, and vibrant flavour to every event. My goal is simple: to share the food I love and create memorable experiences that bring people together.
