Advanced staffing is a unique business based in Hertfordshire. We provide a waiting and bar staff service for any event, no matter how big or small.
We are a friendly, motivated, problem-solving solving and highly professional team who will strive to exceed all your expectations, making your event go as smoothly as possible so you can relax and enjoy your day/evening.
Our team provide a high standard of work, so wether you are planning a small intimate party, the wedding of your dreams or high-end corporate events, we will always go that extra mile to make your event as perfect as you wish.
Our standard uniform is all black although
Happy to wear white if you would prefer.
Exclusively, we also know all of the team on a personal/professional level.
So unlike an agency, we understand the individual team members' strengths and weaknesses, which allows us to work with them, training them to meet advanced staffing high standards of service.
Typical Clients
We provide a waiting and bar staff service, catering for any event, no matter how big or small. We are also available for full set up of table's, chairs etc,,take down and clean up the next day should this be required,

Eager to please and professional
We were delighted with the help we received at our party ; both servers were excellent , worked very hard to ensure everything went smoothly but in addition provided a lovely relaxed and friendly vibe we all appreciated; we would have them again in a heartbeat In fact we wouldn’t consider looking elsewhere !

Me and my wife celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and Kelly & her team were absolutely superb. On the day, we were absolutely worry free, with Kelly & her teams handling all of the management. They arrived early, all looking impeccable and were so helpful, arranging centrepieces, serving drinks to guests, organising other key areas such as candy carts. They looked after all our guests, asking if they’d like drinks, tea/coffee, helping elderly guests find the facilities etc. Kelly also took videos of key parts of our day which we are so grateful for, it was a five star day which no doubt was as a result of Kelly & her team’s efforts. So many of our guests commented on how nice, efficient and professional they were. I would 100%recommend

We were absolutely blown away by the service we received from Kelly, Paige and their team at our wedding. From start to finish, they were an incredible support—friendly, attentive, and always professional. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Made our Anniversary Party!
From the moment Laura and Anne arrived, all the stress of hosting simply melted away. After a quick tour of the kitchen and a speedy pizza-oven lesson, they immediately took charge — serving drinks, keeping the food flowing, and making sure our guests were looked after beautifully. They were not only professional and friendly, but genuinely lovely people to have around. They even washed up everything they could before leaving, meaning our clear-up the next morning was minimal. We highly recommend them and would absolutely use their help again.
