We serve fresh Neapolitan-style plant-based pizza, taking pride in all components being homemade. The base is made from home cultivated sourdough starter and the cheese is made from scratch (cashew based), which will shock you for how close the taste is to the real thing.
We are relatively new to the catering space, having traded for almost a year, but we have a real passion for making fresh authentic pizzas, fully plant-based. We want people to enjoy a great tasting pizza without feeling like they are missing out on animal products.
We only need a small 3m x 3m space to set up, with a portable pizza oven that gets up to 450C which enables service of around ten 12" handcrafted pizzas an hour.

Typical Clients
We have traded at farmers markets across the Liverpool region; Lark Lane, Stanley Park, Woolton Village, University of Liverpool square. Typical customers are anyone who likes pizza! But I guess specifically what makes us stand out is we cater for vegans and anyone with dairy allergies (our pizza is popular with children)
