I was inspired by the rich flavours and traditions of East African cuisine and wanted to share them with others, whether they are familiar with our food or trying it for the first time. I started Amani African Caterers because I have a passion for cooking and serving people. I wanted to provide freshly prepared, authentic African dishes for families, communities, and special occasions, using quality ingredients and traditional recipes. What began as a love for cooking has grown into a business that caters for markets, festivals, private events, church functions, weddings, birthdays, and community celebrations. My goal is to offer delicious food, warm hospitality, and a memorable dining experience for every customer. At Amani African Caterers, we combine professional training with a passion for authentic East African and African cuisine.. I have travelled vastly over the years to cook in different countries . I have over 30 year experience in cooking.
