Extremely disappointed

Anju was poor with communication from the very beginning and failed to provide me with a deposit invoice despite asking numerous times. She had assured me I was booked in but she was too busy to create the invoice. I reached out the night before the event to confirm and again called multiple times on the morning of, with no answer or response, only for her to cancel on the day with minimal notice. I don’t believe she ever had any intention of working my event and I was left with no time to replace her - extremely disappointing for my daughter’s 4th birthday

Firstly, I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay in communication and the absence of your deposit invoice. I completely understand your frustration, especially after reaching out multiple times. Unfortunately, I had a sudden family emergency due to the passing of a close family friend, which required my immediate attention and travel. I did not anticipate this and tried my best to keep things on track, but I realize I fell short in this instance, and I am truly sorry. Please be assured that your booking was always noted and held as promised. I understand how important clear and timely communication is, and I take full responsibility for the lapse.On that basis had inform as I received bad news. Made my daughters birthday extra special

So happy that we found her to come and face paint at my daughter’s first birthday party, she added a special touch to the day and made it extra special for all guests including adults! Would definitely recommend.
