A.T. Patisserie is an independent patisserie on Palace Street in Canterbury, creating bespoke wedding and celebration cakes, handmade desserts and catering for private and business events.

Our Team
I’m Danielle, the owner and pastry chef behind A.T. Patisserie. I trained in patisserie at East Kent College and have worked in professional kitchens including Lord’s Cricket Ground and as Head Chef at Gillingham Football Club.
I now run our independent Canterbury shop, bringing that experience to bespoke cakes, handmade patisserie and event catering. I’ll work with you on the details of your order, from choosing flavours to planning portions and presentation.
