The story of my business
During COVID lockdown, I developed severe head shingles that were misdiagnosed, leaving me with years of excruciating nerve pain. It was one of the lowest points in my life, and I truly believed things would never improve. Eventually, the pain clinic suggested taking up a hobby to help refocus my brain on something other than pain. That’s when I started twisting balloons—and I fell in love.
What began as a distraction quickly turned into a passion, and soon after, a business. Now, three years later, I’m so proud of how far Balloon Days has come. I’ve had incredible support from my clients, friends, and family, which has kept this venture going. Teaching other balloon businesses has become something I’m extremely passionate about, and I hope to continue expanding in that direction.
I provide balloon products for all ages and occasions and I cater to all types of events and provide balloon twisting services. I teach balloon twisting and provide twisting balloon workshops for children and adults.
I am fully qualified and insured and I take pride in excellent customer service.

Great service
Marta put on a great workshop, big hit with the kids
Great fun for all ages
Marta provided a great workshop for about 30 people (adults and under 10s). She communicated well, and helped everyone engage and “have a go”. She was on time, well prepared and is obviously skilled at adapting things “on the spot” to work with the situation she finds herself in. One little girl arrived very late and Marta kindly stayed at the end to help her have her own moment to try. We’d happily book her again for another event.
Top Event
All the children & their parents had a fabulous time with our Balloon Tying Event. The children & Adults could dip into the Event and out again as it suited them, so no one got bored etc. Marta dis a Fabulous job and I am considering booking her again later in the year I would recommend Balloon Days for any Event when you want to be entertained and do something different.
