Excellent service from contact through to set up
I can’t recommend Justine highly enough… I’ve used a couple of balloon decorators previously but Justine’s attention to detail is second to none … She took on board exactly what I wanted … sent a clear planogram of what I’d receive on the day … Was friendly with communication… On time … Swift with set up and did a fabulous job all for a very competitive price!!
